阿省 EE 项目不对工作经验和 Offer 有强制要求，但申请人所在职业有一定限制。申请人需在 Express Entry 系统中建档，阿省移民局会在其中选择适合的申请人。

阿省 EE 项目是一个较为特殊的省提名项目，其原理是阿省移民局会从联邦 Express Entry系 统中随机挑选申请人发放省提名邀请，申请人无法主动申请，该项目下又细分为两个子项目:

1.普通快道通道

2.科技职业加速通道(Accelerated Tech Pathway)

申请人具备以下特征有可能被阿省邀请:

1.在 Express Entry 中拥有活跃账户

2.计划将阿省作为永久定居地

3.所工作的职业对阿省经济和多元文化发展有利

4.满足 Express Entry 入池要求

5.CRS评分高于360分

以下因素为加分项：

1.有阿省的工作offer和工作经验

2.雇主可以是在加拿大全境注册的，但必须在阿省拥有实体

3.申请人不能在企业中占有超过10%的股份

4.必须是连续的带薪全职工作（每周至少30个小时）

5.合同期至少12个月或以上

6.工资与福利必须至少满足阿省最低水平

7.工作地点在阿省

8.如果是在雇主私人住宅工作，则该住宅必须是企业登记的经营场所

9.从阿省的大专院校毕业，并拥有阿省工作offer；

10.父母、孩子、兄弟姐妹是定居在阿省的加拿大公民或永久居民

11.以法语为第一语言

1.EE账户在3个月内即将过期

2.职业在阿省高工资和低工资名单中

申请流程：

1.普通EE候选人申请流程

a.申请人注册 ExpressEntry 账户

b.收到阿省电邮邀请通知 Notification of Interest Letter

c.两周内把上述邀请通知通过电子邮件发送到AAIP快速通道项目办公室 albertaexpr-essentry@gov.bc.ca

d.提供EE的档案号

e.按要求提供自己的AAIP申请状态，包括过往申请记录，等候阿省获选通知

f.如果收到获选通知，按要求在网上申请平台提交正式申请

2.科技职业加速通道项目申请流程

a.申请人注册 ExpressEntry 账户

b.申请人填写阿省加速项目申请在线登记表

d.符合要求的申请人将会收到AAIP的电子邮件邀请
